Do you have a security software installed in your computer? If so, please try adding Progate in the exception list.
Adding "http *: //progate.com/*" to the exception list may solve the problem.
What is the recommended browser for Progate?
Progate has only been tested with the latest version of Google Chrome and we cannot guarantee full support for other browsers.
Internet Explorer in particular is not supported and we strongly recommend using a different browser.

How can I cancel a paid plan?
Please follow these steps to cancel your subsription:
- Go to Account Settings (can be accessed through your profile dropdown in the header)
- Go to the “Billing” tab.
- Click the “Cancel” button.
- Click “Cancel Payment”.
If you subscribed from the app, please cancel from the store on your mobile device.
Will the subscription be terminated immediately after canceling the paid plan?
No, it will not be canceled immediately. Even if you cancel the paid plan, you can continue to use it until the end of the subscrition period. You can find this date in the "Billing" tab.
Will my progress be deleted if I cancel the paid plan?
No, even if you cancel a paid plan, the data will never disappear. However, please note that you will no longer be able to see the code you wrote on a paid page unless you subscribe again.
Can I use Progate on tablets and smartphones?
We are offering a mobile app "Progate".
Progate web is optimized for use in the PC environment. Therefore, when you use Progate in a tablet, smartphone, etc., it may not operate properly.
Why are the lessons that I completed in the app not completed on the website?
Your progress in the web lessons and app lessons are currently not synced. However, your level and experience are synced across both platforms.
If I sign up for Progate Plus online, will my subscription also apply to the app?
Yes, your subscription will also work on the app. Subscriptions are applicable to both the app and the web regardless of which platform they are purchased from.
I was charged, but I don’t see it reflected in my payment history.
If you paid with PayPal, it may take some time to process your payment and update your payment history.
You will still be able to access Progate Plus lessons during this time.

I keep getting an error message even though my code is right.
Since the error messages are not always accurate, there is a chance that there is a mistake somewhere else. Please check your code around the part where you're getting the error.
I keep getting the "Connecting to the server." message.
It may be due to your Internet environment or server congestion. If it is not fixed even after refreshing the browser, please wait a while and access again. Also, it may not work properly if you have a security software installed. Please refer to the "The page doesn't get displayed." question above.
I accidentally deleted a file in the "Ruby on Rails" exercise.
Please click on the "Reset" button in the exercise page. This will let you return to the initial state of the exercise.
I cannot enter commands on the terminal using Safari.
The terminal may not work well on Safari. Please try with another browser (Google Chrome etc.).
